Jordan Wax and Lone Piñon (Noah Martinez, tololoche; Greg Glassman, guitar; Leticia Gonzales, violin) perform El Corrido de Juan Charrasqueado. This song was composed by Víctor Cordero Aurrecoechea and popularized in New Mexico through a late-40's Mexican film. This arrangement includes elements of the commercial recording with a regional instrumental variant learned from a 1950's field recording of Librado Leyba of Leyba, New Mexico, who performed it accompanied by Lalo García on guitar.
