    From the repertoire of Central-Missouri squaredance fiddler John White (1936-2017). Jordan worked closely with John to learn most of his fiddle repertoire, as well as traditional accompaniment styles, as part of the Missouri Folkarts Apprenticeship Program in 2005-2006, and participated in weekly jams at Heuer’s General Store in Boone County, Missouri, and bi-monthly North- and Central-Missouri style square dances from 2002-2006.

    From the repertoire of Southwest Missouri (Ozarks) fiddler Fred Stoneking (1933-2009). Fred was Jordan’s primary fiddle mentor and they worked together weekly from 2001-2008 on family repertoire from Fred’s father Lee Stoneking, as well as from the broader context of Missouri contest fiddling culture of the 1960s-2000s and commercial fiddling that influenced Fred’s generation. Accompanied by Karina Wilson of Santa Fe, NM.
